Payment Processing & Security
We use PayPal to process credit or debit card payments. PayPal accepts all major credit & debit cards and all transactions are carried out using 128bit encryption. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems, your financial information is not shared with anyone, including us.
All charges to your credit/debit card or PayPal account are made in Pounds Sterling.
ayPal Account Holders
There is a 'PayPal Express Checkout' button on the shopping cart pages. This allows you to log into your PayPal account and complete your purchase much faster than the standard checkout system.
Credit or Debit Card Payments
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. When you have chosen your purchases, proceed to the standard checkout, enter your delivery details and click on the appropriate payment button. You will then be re-directed to PayPal who will process your financial details. When you arrive on their payment page, look down the left hand side and just above the Visa/Mastercard logo you will see 'Don't have a PayPal account', simply click on the 'continue' link to complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs & Despatch Times
United Kingdom - Delivery is free for all UK orders including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Orders are sent via Royal Mail by first class recorded delivery or special delivery depending upon value.
Worldwide - There is a shipping charge of £4.75. Orders are sent via Air Mail, are fully insured and will need to be signed for upon receipt. We ship to: Australia, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.
Despatch Times - All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (monday to friday) and you receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. For UK orders you will normally receive your order between 2 - 3 days, for international orders receipt is usually between 5 - 14 days
Customs Charges - Shipping costs do not include possible customs charges for your country. If you are concerned about having to pay any customs charges, please contact me and I will try to help with your requirements.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that it can be difficult to buy from the internet, especially with first time purchases and that's why we offer a '30 day money back guarantee'. So if you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, simply return to us within 30 days and we will issue an immediate refund. All we ask is that you return any item/s in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt, with the security tag attached and in the full original packaging.
* The original postage charge, where applicable, is non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost. You must notify us that you intend to return an item prior to posting and we recommend that you send it by signed for, insured post as we will not accept any responsibility for the loss of items in transit. All refunds will be issued by the same payment method as that was originally used to pay for the items.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and act in accordance with the laws of the Data Protection Act. The only information we hold is that which is used to process your order such as, the products you have ordered, your name, address, and email address (it is an exact copy of the receipt you receive with your goods). This information is kept as a reference in the case of any queries relating to your order, it is never used for any other purpose and never given to any third party.

By placing an order with Abbie Richmond Designs you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
While we aim to ensure that descriptions, photographic reproductions and product specifications are correct, it should be noted that there may be slight variations in actual colour's due to the variations in computers, monitors and internet browsers.

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item which is not in stock, you will receive a full refund by the same payment method used to place the order.
Abbie Richmond Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details provided by the client are not legitimate and/or the transaction is not authorised by the bank. |
